Picture
Above:  George Burke designed and constructed this elegant pergola to grace the grounds to the right side of The Joseph H. Seguine House.  It stood for many years.
Below:  A champion of adaptive reuse, Burke rescued these graceful columns from the ruins of a much older pergola on the property, stacking them in a corner of the yard behind The House.  Because their style harmonized with The House,  he knew one day he would use them.
