10/2009 The creative team is assembled and, with George Burke's OK, begins research, photography, and writing.
8/2012 Northfield Bank Foundation provides major support for final phase of creative production.
Lois and Richard Nicotra Foundation supplies additional support in creative phase.
10/29/2012 The Seguine survives super storm Sandy. The storm surge reached to about 15 feet in front of where the press conference attendees are standing in the above photo. Several large old trees were lost.
Many Seguine neighbors saw their homes destroyed.
6/27/2013 Press Conference at The Seguine announces Rizzoli will be our publisher.
8/2013 The Northfield Bank Foundation renews its support with a grant for production of the book.
9/5/2013 Executive Producer submits completed creative content to Rizzoli.
12/2013 Richmond County Savings Foundation grants funds for book production.
4/2014 Ongoing editorial consultation with Rizzoli begins.
5/2014 Executive Producer meets with The Huguenot Society of America.
6/2014 The Huguenot Society of America visits The Seguine, meets George Burke and becomes a supporter.
6/20 2014 Rizzoli marketing team visits The Seguine and George Burke.

11/5/2014 Review of color proofs at Rizzoli headquarters. A few reshoots are needed.
11/5/2014 The Northfield Bank Foundation, capping off unprecedented support, gives us a final grant.
11/8&9 Final reshoots at The Seguine. George Burke is thrilled. Now it is time to pivot to promotion and telling the world about our Staten Island treasure.
